If I need help, how do I get it?

Great question! We are staffed during business hours to take your call and get the help you need. Too busy for a call or maybe just feel it’s not that urgent? No problem. Use our convenient email address, [email protected] and we will get it just as if you had called.

Am I really going to have to try to explain my problem to someone overseas?

Absolutely not! Your calls are always answered directly by one of our local staff members. As a matter of fact, the closest thing we have to an accent is Southern; don’t knock it, we have great BBQ.

What's the catch? Will I have to commit to a long contract?

No catches here. We take great pride in customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, then we haven’t finished the job. Seriously, if you aren’t happy with our service then we aren’t going to make you stick around for the ugly breakup. Who are we kidding here? You will love us!

If I need you on-site how long must I wait? Days? Weeks?

In most cases, for non-emergency issues, we can be there the same or next business day. No matter what the reason, we will always schedule a time that works best for you.
